Press credentials for the 2008 Presidential Debates

The Commission on Presidential Debates has posted a link for media to apply for credentials for the 2008 Presidential Debates at www.debates.org.
As with all of the election-focused activities, there is a lot of interest from domestic and foreign press, and there is no guarantee for credentials. We emphasize that the AUGUST 15 application deadline is firm, and there will be NO exceptions.
Debate Schedule:
First presidential debate:
Friday, September 26, University of Mississippi, Oxford, MS
Vice presidential debate:
Thursday, October 2: Washington University in St. Louis, MO
Second presidential debate:
Tuesday, October 7: Belmont University, Nashville, TN
Third presidential debate:
Wednesday, October 15: Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY
