Temporary Worker (E, H, L, O, P, or Q Visa)

In addition to the basic requirements for all visa applicants, those seeking a Temporary Work Visa (E, H, L, O, P, or Q) must also include the following:

• I-797 NOTICE OF ACTION: H, L, O, P or Q visa applicants only.
  
  
• I-129S BLANKET L PETITION: (Blanket-L visa applicants only)  Three copies of both the Blanket L1 petition I-129S (to be completed by the company) and the Notice of Action (I-797).
  
  
• Note that an additional fee (U.S.$500*) is charged to all Blanket L-1 visa applicants (only the principal applicant, not family members). This fraud prevention and detection fee is mandated by the 2005 Consolidated Appropriations Act and is paid at the Embassy at the time of visa application. It is in addition to any application fees.
